2. Uniform cutting of materials must be maintained during production to ensure the crushing quality and normal production of the scrap steel crusher. At the same time, overloading of the motor is strictly prohibited to ensure that the equipment does not overload production and affect normal operation.

3. Operators should often check the looseness of fastenings in various parts, and also pay attention to check the wear and tear of wearing parts. If the wear is serious, they must be replaced in time to avoid damaging the main components. In addition, mechanical impurities must be cleaned regularly.

4. Due to the high speed of the equipment, the chassis base should be installed correctly and firmly, and should be well lubricated to maintain the normal operation of the equipment. Under normal circumstances, the bearing temperature will not be too high during operation. If the temperature is too high, check the lubrication system and the inside of the shaft body in time. Add butter to the main bearings once a week, and to other secondary bearings once every 10-15 days. Oils with wear-resistant, high-temperature, and high-speed properties are the best choice.
